Your Upcoming Appointment with Dr. D’s Auto Spa

Thank you for scheduling your vehicle with Dr. D’s Auto Spa! We look forward to providing your vehicle with the Dr. D treatment. 

To help us make your appointment go as smoothly as possible, please review the following information before your scheduled service.  Please disregard any information that may not pertain to your appointment type:

Before Your Appointment

Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to drop-off. We especially recommend removing valuables such as cash, electronics, medications, important documents, garage door openers, and other items you do not want misplaced during the detailing process.

Excessive clutter that must be removed before we can begin detailing may result in an additional charge.

Any child safety seat left in the vehicle will be removed for interior detailing unless you request otherwise. For safety and liability reasons, we will not reinstall child safety seats after your service is completed.

Arrival & Drop-Off

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to check in your vehicle and review any concerns, problem areas, or special requests with you before we begin.

Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete your service before another scheduled appointment or the close of business. If you expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you would prefer to drop your vehicle off after business hours, a key drop is located at the side door of the garage for your convenience.

While Your Vehicle Is With Us

You are welcome to wait in our waiting room if necessary; however, because detailing services can take several hours, we recommend coordinating transportation for drop-off and pick-up whenever possible for your comfort.

Every vehicle is different, and while we always strive for the best possible results, some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, wear, or other pre-existing conditions may not be completely removable or correctable through detailing.

If we discover that your vehicle requires substantially more time or additional services beyond what was originally scheduled, we will contact you before proceeding with any work that would result in an additional charge.

We will contact you as soon as your vehicle is completed and ready for pick-up.

Vehicle Pick-Up

Once notified that your vehicle is ready, please plan to pick it up within 60 minutes of completion whenever possible.

For appointments completed later in the day, vehicles should be picked up no later than 5:45 PM, prior to our 6:00 PM closing time.
